We had heard great things about Honda of Lincoln so we finally decided to check them out. What a great experience from the time we walked in to the time we drove away with our new CRV! Once we got the car, (which came earlier than expected!) he set everything up regarding the "technical stuff", making it as easy as possible for us! We appreciate Russ very much. My last visit was not the best.
My last visit was not the best. I was not told in person that I had to pay for the part before they would order it. So, I received a call on a Saturday when I was at a breakfast with family. I was put on hold for several minutes. If you look at my history with this dealership you would see that there is not worry that I would not show up and/or not pay for the mirror to be replaced. It was somewhat of an insult over a few hundred dollars. Then the day I took the car in, they could not find the receipt that I had paid and left me waiting while they searched. I was told they would keep looking. I later received a phone call that the work was done and they found the receipt so they knew I had paid for it. I had told them a few times I had for it and how I paid for it, so it was like telling me they didn't believe me until they had proof - just the way it was said, you know? The whole experience left a bad taste in my mouth, to the point of shopping around for better service in the future.

Alexis was great. Well informed, courteous, and patient. Able to answer our questions without having to check with someone. Post-sale warranties presentation was an unpleasant surprise. Reverse sequencing of warranty options is an effective technique but a huge put-off which we discussed privately afterwards. Scott did his job effectively and was nice about it but the overall emotional impact on us was one of manipulation. I won’t tell anyone about Honda of Lincoln without mentioning that. Find a better way. In the end it made me feel strongly that your bottom line profit was more important than my customer satisfaction.
