The health and well-being of our guests and associates is always a top priority, Given the recent spread of coronavirus (COVID-19), we are taking a number of additional precautions to continue ensuring the safety of our guests and staff. Please contact us with any questions or concerns.

COVID-19: Honda of Lincoln – Steps we are taking (Updated 07/08)

  • Sanitized Dealership: Thorough cleaning and sanitizing of dealership every evening
  • Increased Hand Sanitizer Stations.
  • Cleaning and sanitizing high traffic areas:  Numerous times a day we are sanitizing door handles, tabletops, chairs, buttons on coffee, snack and pop machines and other areas.
  • Handshake Free Zone: To reduce person to person contact we are now using methods to interact with each other and you our customers.
  • Socially Distanced Seating: By limiting our 2 customer lounge areas to 10 or less seating with acceptable distance between each.
  • Removed Our Snacks:  Suspended offering cookies and popcorn while you wait for you vehicle.  Bottled water and Coffee is still offered.
  • Removed magazines and stopped offering newspapers.
  • Increased Safety for Staff and Customers We have added shields of plexiglass at our service counter and sales reception desk to protect our staff and customers from the spread of germs.

  • Pre-Screening all customers setting appointments
  • Sanitizing vehicles before, during and after service visits.
  • Limiting personal interaction:  We will do our best to limit your interaction time with our staff.
  • Online service scheduling:  Schedule your next service online.  We will contact you after appointment is scheduled to prescreen for your visit.
  • Online Bill Pay: Pay for your service before you pick it up to speed up your visit.

Honda New and Pre-owned Sales

  • Limiting personal interaction:  We will do our best to limit your interaction time with our staff. Use one of our many online services to limit the amount of time you spend in store.
  • Shop Online New, Certified and Pre-Owned inventory:  Browse our entire inventory of New, Certified and Pre-owned vehicle inventory.
  • Buy Online: Visit our Express store for upfront pricing, calculate lease or finance payments and secure your next vehicle all from the comfort of your home.
  • Online Credit application: Shorten your visit time at delivery by completing your credit application securely online.
  • Online Trade appraisal:  We have partnered with Kelly blue Book to offer an online trade in or online purchase value for your vehicle.
  • Negotiate online:  Visit our express store for upfront pricing and start your conversation.
  • Live chat:  We have partnered with Activengage to help you at all hours of the day and night.  They can answer most questions about our store and our process’s and are able to contact us if further help is necessary. They can also help schedule service.
  • Test Drive at Home: We are now offering test drives at home within a limited distance and a pre-screening process. Please call one of our consultants to set an appointment and with any questions.
