Spencer was very helpful in answering all of my questions. He kept me informed as I waited for my car to come from another location. Chad explained everything very throughly as I had not purchased a car in over 20 years. I appreciate the time given to me throughout the purchase process, from test drive to setting up the displays before I took my car home. I will certainly feel comfortable returning to Honda of Lincoln for my car service needs.
We utilized a Car Buying Service through our Auto Insurance co. to establish a "Fair Purchase Price". I received offers from 3 Honda Dealers in our area. I chose to purchase in Lincoln even though I had received a lower price quote from another dealer out of town. Our salesman, Calvin West, established contact, set an appointment and was waiting at the door when we arrived. Once agreeing on trade-in and total price, we purchased the Ridgeline. Delivery was quick with no hassles. Explanation of options was informative and complete and the entire process took less than an hour. I would suggest that the delivery process include an introduction to the Sales manager and a quick visit to the Service Department. Reason being is that should a problem ever occur the buyer knows who to contact should the Salesperson be unavailable. And it is always good to know your Service Dept. contacts and procedures when bringing a vehicle in for service. The overall purchasing experience was very good. We have and will continue to recommend Honda of Lincoln to others.
My dealing with Nathan Anderson was outstanding, he went above and beyond my expectations finding me a car I wanted. The car is excellent I am totally satisfied with my purchasteing experience. Chad Erwin got me the final paperwork and made sure I had a service plan that met my needs. All in all an Excellent Car Buying Experience.
