What a pro! She showed me all the features on a Ridgeline in the showroom. Explained to her I had narrowed my search to the Ridgeline vs Ford Maverick, and would need to test drive each before deciding. Next visit was for a test drive, Kaylea had worked it in between her appointments to fit my timeline. The test drives were a wash, both trucks impressed. My next visit was to take delivery of my Ridgeline the following day. The deciding factor, Kaylea Ramirez. She made the entire process not so much a chore, more of a pleasure.
