Purchased a pre-owned Subaru outback and the salesman, Ben, was polite and not pushy in the least. He kept me informed all during the process of the pre-inspection and repairs. Day after driving it off the lot, I experienced a flat tire. Ben brought his service team to my employer, put the spare on, took the car back to their shop for tire repair and delivered it back same day. Way to go, Team Honda of Lincoln!
