Russ' assistance from our first contact was outstanding. He worked with us for more than a year as we figured out a vehicle that would fit our physical limitations and needs following a recent surgery . Overall, we think well of the dealership, but the final interactions with financing/extended warranty presentation was nearly a deal breaker. Advance notice about the extended warranty price tag would have been an appreciated courtesy, helping us make the right financial decision. In the end, we did not want to re-start the looking process and we bought the car.
My mom and I worked with Ty, and let me just say, he was amazing! He was very friendly, helpful, and such a cool, chill guy. I first came to Honda of Lincoln in December of last year with my grandparents in search of my first car. I knew from the start that I wanted a Honda due to their reputation for durability and reliability. I had the pleasure to work with Russ Meyer who handled the process of buying my first car from start to finish. Thanks to his work and guidance, I was able to get the CR-V I had been wanting. When I first met Russ, he informed me that I could get a used SUV with the safety features I wanted for about the same price as a new sedan, so from then on, he worked with me for many months to get the right vehicle that was within my budget, communicating over text throughout the process. When he found the 2022 Sonic Gray Pearl Honda CR-EX AWD I ended up getting, Russ was able to get me a family and friends + student discount which reduced the cost by a couple thousand dollars and made it affordable for me.
The past couple of days, I have been able to take the car out all around the city, to Holmes Lake, to Costco, to the mall, to Pioneers Nature Park, and to the Lancaster County fairgrounds. The vehicle is of great quality all around, the cloth seats are comfortable, the safety system is exactly what I was hoping for. Acceleration and slowing down is smooth. The mileage is good. And I've had no issues with Apple Car Play. My parked car's location correctly registers on my phone and phone calls are rerouted to the dashboard system and can be answered with a click of a button on the steering wheel.
Thank you to Russ and everyone else at Honda for making purchasing my car a great and smooth experience. I would highly recommend Russ Meyer as a car salesman to anyone. My experience is that he will do his best to take care of you and take your personal needs into account.
I like the new video that they send of the updates needed. They are very busy and are a challenge to get into. Sometimes up to 2 weeks. The express oil change is getting longer in time as they fit you in between other repairs. They have a nice shuttle. And you get a free car wash now. That’s a nice perk.
Honda of Lincoln has by far some of the best car buying experience. Alexis has great understanding of the vehicle, and tries to help when ever I had questions/concerns we were able to make a deal on a vehicle that I felt good a about! I would recommend Honda of Lincoln for your next car!

After taking my car in for an evaluation, I decided not to do the work because the diagnosis wasn't clear to me at the time. The service manager personally called me later to explain and clarify the details of the diagnostic which proved to be very helpful. His call was very much appreciated.

I can always count on Dave to take care of my two Hondas. He walks me through what issues require immediate attention and what can be done later, never pressuring.
Air hose was not hooked back up correctly so vehicle idled very rough and would die after awhile. Was also told we had many oil leaks. Have had you guys repair oil leaks on two occasions in the past still leaks oil.

Been going to this dealership for many years. The people are great. The Service Department is crowded and not set up well to get in a queue to talk to someone. It’s confusing and needs to be remodeled.
