Russ was very easy to work with and set us up with a new CR-V Hybrid. We started looking due to the loss of our previous CR-V Hybrid and it is the end of the 2026 model. Russ set us up with a 2027 model that was on its way to HoL. It took some time for everything to come together, but it was worth it.

Overall, the experience was not terrible, but the inaccurate information and lack of follow-through on commitments were disappointing. Better communication and setting accurate expectations would have made the process much smoother.

I'm a repeat customer of Honda of Lincoln. I owned my last vehicle for 5 years and had great service the entire time. I just traded my Honda Passport in for a 2026 Honda CRV Sport-L. My family and I are very happy with the service we received from Russ on purchasing our new car. Russ is a patient and honest man, and was understanding about the decision not only financial but also has to be the right fit for the whole family. Russ' assistance from our first contact was outstanding. He worked with us for more than a year as we figured out a vehicle that would fit our physical limitations and needs following a recent surgery . Overall, we think well of the dealership, but the final interactions with financing/extended warranty presentation was nearly a deal breaker. Advance notice about the extended warranty price tag would have been an appreciated courtesy, helping us make the right financial decision. In the end, we did not want to re-start the looking process and we bought the car.

I first came to Honda of Lincoln in December of last year with my grandparents in search of my first car. I knew from the start that I wanted a Honda due to their reputation for durability and reliability. I had the pleasure to work with Russ Meyer who handled the process of buying my first car from start to finish. Thanks to his work and guidance, I was able to get the CR-V I had been wanting. When I first met Russ, he informed me that I could get a used SUV with the safety features I wanted for about the same price as a new sedan, so from then on, he worked with me for many months to get the right vehicle that was within my budget, communicating over text throughout the process. When he found the 2022 Sonic Gray Pearl Honda CR-EX AWD I ended up getting, Russ was able to get me a family and friends + student discount which reduced the cost by a couple thousand dollars and made it affordable for me.
The past couple of days, I have been able to take the car out all around the city, to Holmes Lake, to Costco, to the mall, to Pioneers Nature Park, and to the Lancaster County fairgrounds. The vehicle is of great quality all around, the cloth seats are comfortable, the safety system is exactly what I was hoping for. Acceleration and slowing down is smooth. The mileage is good. And I've had no issues with Apple Car Play. My parked car's location correctly registers on my phone and phone calls are rerouted to the dashboard system and can be answered with a click of a button on the steering wheel.

I like the new video that they send of the updates needed. They are very busy and are a challenge to get into. Sometimes up to 2 weeks. The express oil change is getting longer in time as they fit you in between other repairs. They have a nice shuttle. And you get a free car wash now. That’s a nice perk.
